What we collect

  • Details you give us in the contact form or by WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry and your message.
  • Technical information our website host records automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
  • The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps, which may receive your IP address when the map loads.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, provide the services you ask for, keep this website secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not send you marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our website host and email provider), and with authorities such as SARS or CIPC when you instruct us to act for you or when the law requires it. If a provider stores information outside South Africa, we only use providers that give the level of protection POPIA requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, for example the record-keeping periods set by the Tax Administration Act.

How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email admin@cfbusinesssolutions.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za/complaints or enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.
